Direct Air Ventilation System is an economical powered vent system designed to remove excess heat from the home, enabling its replacement by cooler and fresher external air.
DAVS is based on the successful Edmonds’Maestro power vent technology which is ducted
to a controllable ceiling register. Maestro is thermostatically controlled to ensure energy
efficient operation. At the desired internal temperature, Maestro commences to operate quietly and extract warm air from the home. This can be replaced in the
home by cooler air.
The operation of the system ensures air exchange and circulation in the home thereby diluting any pollutants and freshening the air.
Maestro is powered through a 12V transformer so it operates when it is needed the most. The closable ceiling grille can be closed in winter to retain warmth in the home.
