Due to recent COVID-19 outbreak, we have made some changes to the way we operate.

Our office and warehouse are still open but personal distancing requirements as per Government instructions are being maintained.
We are still providing on-site quotes, but minimising the time we need to spend with you or in your home
We are still providing all of of our normal services, but will minimise any direct contact with yourself for the duration
All of our staff are following the strict government recommended precautions for yours and our safety
We cannot visit if you or anyone in your home has been overseas in the past 14 days
We cannot visit if you or anyone in your home has been in contact with a positive case of COVID-19
We cannot visit if you or anyone in your home is feeling unwell or has any flu-like symptoms.

Very happy with our new Illume solar skylight. The light has transformed our dark staircase and made the area look twice the size. Shout out to the installers Trevor and Connor who were very accommodating with my exact preference for the position of the light (even though it was a tricky install).

Calidad came and quoted some work at my house. The bloke who came to do the quote was super friendly and informative.Since then I've followed up multiple times chasing my quote and get the same response every time: "it's coming in the next couple of days"Very poor communication/customer service. If Calidad didn't the job I'd prefer if they just let me know instead of lying on the phone and stringing me along.

We tried to get a skylight put in an older style home. Nearly every company we called never called back, were rude and dismissive and one organised a quote and the guy never even turned up. Calidad from beginning to end were professional, punctual and thorough. We had it all done and finished within 2 weeks. Other companies quoted us over 2 months for install without even coming to look. I highly recommend and would definitely use their company again.

Was delighted with Calidad’s service from top to toe! From tDiane, who did all the admin and follow ups, Rod who came to do the quote and Mark, who did a brilliant installation with care, and even straightened my roof tiles in the area which were sitting badly! 😊 Calidad was able to aesthetically position and install a very effective skylight where I was previously told (by another company) was impossible. It has made a huge difference to a very dark central passageway. I highly recommend their service!

Excellent skylights with award winning innovations. Other companies told me I couldn’t have a rigid tube with a rectangle light diffuser but Calidad were able to provide this. Very professional from the initial advice, site inspection and installation plus great value compared to other quotes.
